Yes, we are still delivering! As mentioned earlier, we are fortunate enough to still be in trade, providing our customers with turf supplies all across Sydney, Wollongong and the Central Coast.
We understand that many people are at home and now have time to tackle the long-awaited new lawn, so we are still here, making sure this can be possible.
With more time on your hands and turf delivery being available, you don’t have to leave the house and can just lay your turf and enjoy!
What’s new?
While our delivery service isn’t exactly new and is already an addition our customers find convenient and helpful, we have slightly changed it up.
Instead of us delivering turf straight to your door under our standard delivery, we now offer contactless delivery.
This way, we can still make sure you receive your stuff but without physical contact and interaction. No contact means no transmission – you can have peace of mind knowing that we are following health precautions.
How does contactless delivery work?
Well, we are glad you asked! Contactless delivery is as simple as our original delivery process. You simply order and buy your turf and we show up at the same time we usually do! You still receive the quality turf you have come to expect and it is promptly delivered to your property.
The only thing that has changed is instead of us coming to give you a friendly greeting and a shake of the hand, we keep our distance and avoid any physical contact.
Basically, we are trying to avoid you, but for good reason! As much as we would love to have a friendly chat, we prioritise the health and safety of our customers and staff first.
Delivering your turf from afar, our drivers will have zero physical contact with you. You can sit back and relax inside while our drivers do all of the manual work.
Best of all, you and your family can stay safe without any concern for your health.
Give us instructions when you place your order or before we plan to drop it off, and we can do as told! You let us know any details from where you want it, how to access your property and anything else we need to be aware of. It is that simple!
But what about all the paperwork?
Just like contactless delivery, the paperwork also has zero physical contact! Instead of leaving receipts for you to find once we go, we send them to you virtually.
This means zero paper and an easy way of keeping track! It also means there is less room for transmission between you and our staff, making it clean and simple.
Furthermore, any other enquiries or contact can be made through phone or email. If you have any questions—from your order to how you can get the most from your turf—you just need to contact us!
